Creative Project Manager in DOU

Hello! 👋DOU YouTube team is looking for a creative Project Manager. This is a full-time position for someone with experience building creative products from scratch.   Experience in media or a creative agency will be an advantage. What you will need to do: creation of "from 0 to 1" projects within the DOU YouTube channel (podcasts, new video formats, advertisements, documentaries, formats for the site related to the distribution of video and audio content); work with ideas. Generate new ideas, develop existing ones and close non-working ones; prioritization of tasks according to the format of video content and real deadlines; close work with the production team of the DOU YouTube channel (idea generation, team management, post-production management); in general, improving work and structuring processes in a team; working in a team and being in touch; devoting a lot of time to work (most likely, it will not be possible to combine work at DOU with other employment). What are our requirements for candidates: interest in the topic of technologies and Ukrainian IT ;ready to work for the result;ready to work with a large number of people, starting from the team, ending with project partners and their contributors from the community;competent oral and written Ukrainian language;level of English sufficient to understand articles and maintain dialogue;willingness to be flexible and organize your time yourself. We expect a person to be able to engage in work as needed and without reminders; proactivity - at DOU, there is a small team and many directions where you can realize your potential.
