We're seeking a talented Project Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of projects & clients.Position:Project Manager/Creative Production ManagerLocation:RemoteJob Type:Contract/Full Time/Part Time (Dependent on Candidate)About the Role:As a Project Manager at Batch, you’ll be a pivotal part of our project successes, steering creative projects from inception to delivery. You'll collaborate closely with our Creative Director, Creator Manager, Video Editing Team, and clients, ensuring seamless project execution. Your primary responsibilities include managing project timelines, facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders, and ensuring quality control of deliverables before delivery to clients.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate resources, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.Client Communication: Serve as the one of the points of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing feedback promptly.Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, leading meetings, and project reviews.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle, conducting thorough reviews of deliverables.Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and productivity.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in relevant field.Direct communication style.Proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency or similar environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.Proficiency in project management software (Notion, Air, Monday, etc)Why Join Us:At Batch, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects for top-tier clients and grow your career in a dynamic industry.
