We are looking for an original and experienced specialist who wants to scale and develop with us. 

What to do:

• Developing creative concepts and ideas,
• Writing scripts, finding new topics and approaches for videos,
• Creating a shooting plan with instructions for operators and bloggers so that the process corresponds to the approved concept,
• Providing recommendations to the promoter in the post production process,
• Management of the creation and implementation process, including planning and budget control,
• Search and management of external influencers in collaborations,
• Evaluation and monitoring of performance, analysis of results and providing recommendations for their improvement.

What we expect from you:

• 1+ experience as a creative producer / screenwriter,
• Creative thinking, the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas,
• Upper-intermediate English,
• Knowledge and understanding of trends content creation,
• Experience in creating original content,
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team,
• Ability to effectively manage time and priorities, adhere to the budget and project deadlines.
