Creative producer/manager in WinTech

We are looking for a creative and ambitious Creative Producer/Manager to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to create and promote creative solutions (videos and static) for our services and applications on the international market.

Responsibilities:

- Ideate and generate profitable creative concepts (video and static);

- Manage the full creative production cycle: from concept to final implementation;

- Plan and coordinate your workload, prioritizing tasks and setting goals;

- Draft comprehensive production briefs for designers;

- Analyze user acquisition (UA) results and creative performance to improve key metrics;

- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and insights;

- Provide ongoing feedback and share best practices with the design team;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Creative Producer/Manager, Design Team Lead, or equivalent role;

- Deep understanding of current design trendse;

- Proven ability to create high-performing creative conceptse;

- Strong creative thinking with a metrics-focused approache;

- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking abilitiese;

- Structured approach to handling creative tasks.

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with A/B marketing tests;

- Experience in promoting digital products;

- Background in video/content production;

- Experience with TIER 1 markets;

- Track record of successful projects.
