We, Boosta , are an international IT company with a portfolio of many successful products, performance marketing projects and our own investment fund .
We are currently looking for a Creative Producer to join the team of cool professionals of the Honeytech project, one of the fastest growing male webcomic platforms in the world. The platform works like Netflix, only with comics instead of movies ( honeytoon.com ).

We hope to see you at the interview, but let's make sure first that we are suitable for each other.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• experience in managing a creative team of 3 people (in the team or on a freelance basis);
• experience working with visual content;
• experience in selecting ideas, studying the market and target audience;
• command of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• experience with Photoshop/Figma or scriptwriter in the past will be a plus.

• selection of the most interesting stories for future comics in accordance with market trends and the preferences of our audience;
• managing a team of illustrators and writers to achieve high quality comics while meeting deadlines and budgets;
• control of the logic and sequence of the plot, participation in the development of the main characters and in the transfer of their emotions on the comic panel;
• cooperation with the marketing team to achieve high results in the promotion of comics.

Stages:

• 1st stage: communication with the recruiter.
• 2nd stage: interview with the team leader.
• 3rd stage: test task.
• 4th stage: final interview based on the results of your test.
