We wish you a beautiful good day! We are looking for a very special person for the position of pastry chef for our special cafe in the center of Brno. We are a story cafe in a slightly Asian style. In addition to specializing in selected coffee and superfoods, our main point is the creation of super cute characters (our characters) in the form of marshmallows . This is the job of our confectioners and therefore potentially yours too :) Don't worry, we know that you probably have no experience with this, it is a concept rather from abroad and our current confectioners have been training and honing it for several months :) In addition to marshmallows, the confectioners also make desserts for showcases. We never have a large number of them, that's why they are TOP desserts inspired by the latest trends from social networks - and that's exactly what we expect from you. If you have a passion and taste for cute cupcakes, painted rolls, mochi, mini cakes in the shape of animals and in fact absolutely anything in this style - you are our vibe! an experienced confectioner who will teach you the procedures she has already perfected during that time. Other tasks are, for example: baking granola, meringue, preparing pecans, etc. The time cost also depends on what is running out and needs to be replenished. Rough estimate is 10-15 hours/week. Working hours are very variable. It depends a lot on the agreement with other confectioners. How you schedule your work is up to you. It is important for us that everything is baked and ready for operation - if you have time in the evening or in the morning, that's up to you :) We require: INDEPENDENCE - confectioners are a bit of a world unto themselves. It is absolutely necessary to be assertive, not afraid to communicate. Do not passively wait for a specific task, but work independently within the set rules. Taste and enthusiasm for the cause - we are looking for a person who wants to try new things, who will actively search for new recipes himself, or willingly try something that will provide him with long-term cooperation. Learning everything will certainly take a few weeks, if not months, so we expect you to stay with us for a long time :) friendly nature - it is very important for us to have a nice person with a heart in the right place in this position. Because together we are building a brand that is supposed to have real value and we have to sit down with each other for that We offer: an interesting job where you can realize yourself creatively.
