We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist in the Promova team. The main goal of this role is to find powerful creatives that will "get straight to the heart" of millions of users around the world (from Japan to Greenland) and, as a result, help discover an effective and convenient language learning platform - Promova.Promova - a language learning platform that consists of a mobile application, a website, group courses and individual lessons by tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, users have completed 35 million lessons together. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy the top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. Within the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots. Your area of ​​influence: Analyze the market, competitors, needs of potential users, quickly notice trends and convert them into strong creative concepts for Promova; Lead the search for ideas for Promova advertising for Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, etc. ;Transform ideas into ready-made visuals and videos: form clear and understandable tasks for the design team;Analyze the results of advertising creatives, notice patterns and draw the right conclusions for the development of subsequent concepts;Take an active part in establishing the creative process, be the initiator of changes and improvements;Needs to independently shoot videos for creatives and make minor edits create creatives with the help of CupCut and similar services; Actively test and use AI tools that simplify the creative process, be a driver of new approaches. For this you will need: Experience in creating advertising creatives for social media. networks (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.), or for Google Ads; Experience in market analysis, competitors, consumer insights; Experience with figma, miro, experience in summarizing and systematizing creatives; Experience with AI tools, photo and video editors; Understanding of applied of human psychology - why consumers take these and other actions; Experience as a performance marketer - optional; English B2 or higher; Copywriting skills.
