We are currently looking for a Middle Creative Marketing Specialist to join the Manifest team.
strong> The mission of this role is to coordinate the process and create creatives for promoting mobile applications in top channels (Facebook, Google Ads, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc.) in order to maximize profits and achieve business project goals.
Manifest is a product for women that helps them change their lives for the better. It includes not only a mobile app with affirmations and motivation, but also a broader transformation plan that helps women focus on their desires and goals. The team's goal for the next 2 years is to become the #1 transformative product for women in the world by expanding product capabilities and providing a deeper user experience.

– Generation of ideas for creatives;
– Monitoring and analysis of competitors’ creatives;
– Writing technical specifications for designers, assigning tasks, making edits if necessary ;
– Holding team meetings / brainstorms / creative retro.
For this you will need:
< p>– Possession of market monitoring tools, competitor analysis, ability to independently conduct research to generate creative concepts;– Ability to clearly and clearly set tasks (TOR for designers, video scripts for influencers, etc.)< /p>
– Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
– Creativity, thinking outside of the box;
– Initiative, the ability to introduce new ideas to achieve the maximum result;
– The ability to learn quickly — the desire to constantly grow and develop;
– Attention, perseverance and purposefulness.
