We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist for one of our new businesses - Liven. Liven is a company that creates products to form healthy habits and improve mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the necessary information so that they can better understand themselves and their problems, as well as tools to solve these pains. We launched the business in early 2023 and have already confirmed its success - we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling to size big business Every new employee can now become the head of his field, it all depends only on you and your ambitions. What tasks await you in the role of Creative Marketing Specialist— Managing the process of creating ideas for marketing campaigns.— Generating ideas and developing concepts for creating new creative campaigns.— Organization of the creative process, brainstorms and team activities to find the most effective ideas.— Preparation of technical tasks for designers, content creators, coordination and control of their work.— Adaptation of advertising creatives for different advertising platforms and audiences.— Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising creatives and generation of ideas on improving their performance based on the findings.— Communicating with the design and marketing team to ensure maximum creative quality.— Using business intelligence tools to monitor competitor creatives and provide insights.— Finding new tools and approaches to improve the creative process and ensure the best results .What is important to us:— Experience of 1 year in the field of marketing in the positions of marketing assistant/intern/content.— Strong analytical skills: experience with data, numbers, metrics.— You have the mentality of an entrepreneur — you are comfortable developing and scaling there , where there was nothing before.— Upper-Intermediate English level.— Skills in conducting research. It will be a plus:— Experience in analyzing the main indicators of marketing campaigns— Experience in writing technical tasks for designers— Experience in working with UGC content— Skills in working with Adobe Photoshop /Figma/Canva. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces.
