Creative Marketing Specialist (Lift) in Genesis

We are looking for a results-oriented, creative marketer who loves advertising and social media, understands how to create advertising creative that attracts attention of users and attract a relevant audience. Working with us as a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will not only be able to implement your boldest creative ideas, but also monitor the effectiveness of various approaches in advertising and directly influence their effectiveness. Responsibilities: Development of concepts for targeted advertising creatives for paid traffic attraction and achievement of KRI according to the main performance metrics: CPT (cost per trial) and CPP (cost per payer); Organization of the creative process, brainstorms and team activities to find the most effective ideas; Writing briefs for designers and content creators; Approval of ready advertising creatives, making adjustments; Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising creatives, generating ideas for improving their effectiveness based on the findings; Monitoring and analyzing the advertising market and competitors; Finding new tools and approaches to improve the creative process and bring the best results. What knowledge and skills do you need in this position: Work experience in performance / digital / creative marketing from 1 year; Love for social networks, knowledge of trends and understanding of how to create real advertising creative; Creative and non-standard thinking, ability to find new solutions and ideas; Ability to conduct A/B tests and make effective decisions based on the received data; Experience in writing technical tasks for designers; Excellent communication and copywriting skills; Attention to detail; English at the Upper Intermediate level and above.
