We are looking for a result-oriented, creative marketer who loves advertising and social networks, understands how to create advertising creative that will attract the attention of users and attract a relevant audience. Working as a Creative Marketing Specialist, you can not only realize your boldest creative ideas, but also monitor the effectiveness of various advertising approaches and directly influence their effectiveness. Responsibilities: Development of advertising creative concepts aimed at attracting paid traffic and achieving CRI based on basic performance metrics: CPT (cost per trial) iCPP (cost per payer); Organization of the creative process, brainstorms and team activities to find the most effective ideas; Writing briefs for designers and content creators; Approval of ready-made advertising creatives, making changes; Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising creatives, generation of ideas to improve their effectiveness based on the findings; Monitoring and analysis of the advertising market and competitors; Finding new tools and approaches to improve the creative process and bring the best results. What knowledge and skills do you need for this position: Work experience in performance/ digital/ creative marketing from 1 year; Love of social networks, knowledge of trends and understanding of how to create authentic advertising creative; Creative and unconventional thinking, the ability to find new solutions and ideas; Ability to conduct A/B tests and make effective decisions based on the received data; Experience in writing technical tasks for designers; Excellent communicative copywriting skills; Attention to details; English at Upper Intermediate level.
