We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who will coordinate the processes of creating powerful creatives, testing various marketing hypotheses, analyzing metrics and forming conclusions to effectively engage a multi-million audience.

Your tasks will be:

• Analysis of the market and competitors.
• Generation of ideas for advertising creatives.
• Writing technical specifications for the designer, assigning tasks, making corrections if necessary.
• Launch, analysis and evaluation of the results of advertising campaigns, their optimization.
• Finding additional product growth points by testing various marketing hypotheses and funnels (Meta, Google, TikTok).

We expect from you:

Hard skills:

• Experience in marketing (performance) from 1 year.
• Knowledge of trends and understanding of how to create true advertising creative.
• Possession of market monitoring and competitor analysis tools.
• English at Upper Intermediate level and above.
• Understanding marketing metrics and how to influence them.
• The ability to clearly and understandably set tasks for TK teams.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Confident level of working with Excel/Google Sheets.

• Creative and analytical thinking, ability to make decisions based on data;
• Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Self-learning and self-motivation;
• Ability to accept criticism, stress resistance;
• A sense of personal responsibility for the success of the project;
