We are focused on developing high-powered products that help people from all over the world meet and communicate online. We are also working on services for marketing, analytics and moderation.

Our flagship product Kismia is an international online dating platform available on WEB, iOS and Android. We've been helping share thoughts, desires and feelings with technology for over 10 years. Kismia has 60 million users and is available in 9 languages. All this was made possible thanks to our collaborators - quarks.

We are currently looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Creative Marketing Specialist to effectively attract users to our product on all platforms, work with top traffic sources (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, etc.) with the aim of maximizing profits and achieving business goals

You will have the following tasks:

• Generating ideas for creative concepts
• Monitoring and analysis of competitors' creatives
• Launching tests of creatives in different traffic sources
• Analysis of test results, and formation of new hypotheses based on the received data
• Writing technical specifications for designers, distribution of tasks, making edits if necessary
• Conducting team meetings / brainstorms / creative retro

It is important for us:

• Experience in marketing and thorough understanding of marketing performance metrics (ROI, ePC, CPA, CAC, CR, etc.)
• Possession of market monitoring tools, competitor analysis, ability to independently conduct research to generate creative of concepts
• The ability to clearly and understandably set tasks (TOR for designers, video scripts for influencers, etc.)
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above
• li> Creativity, thinking outside of the box
• Initiative, ability to implement new ideas to achieve maximum results
• Ability to learn quickly - desire to constantly grow and develop
• Attention , perseverance and determination
