We are looking for a creative, proactive and motivated Creative Marketing Specialist who will join the marketing - the Guru Apps team and will make videos for advertising on TikTok and Instagram to attract users to our mobile applications.

We are always open to your non-standard ideas on how to make videos more creative and interesting.

At Guru Apps, you will be part of the Production team, which currently employs 6 people, namely Production Lead, 3 Motion designers and 2 Video Makers. Among other things, you will work closely with creative marketers (who generate ideas for commercials and provide technical tasks to creators).

Duties of this position:

• Shoot videos on iPhone to create advertising creatives .
• Search for the necessary props and organize the shooting process; if it is necessary to work with people in the frame (looking for interested colleagues for filming, giving advice on how to behave in the frame).
• Mount videos.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team.

We expect you to:

• Know how to shoot well on a mobile phone and have experience creating content for Tiktok, Instagram.
• You know the rules of composition, lighting and angles.
• You know how to keep the attention of the viewer with the help of video and audio receptions.
• Familiar with editing software (eg Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / VN or others).
• You have superpowers - creativity, proactivity and speed.

Will be an advantage:

• Understanding of advertising creative and basic knowledge of marketing.
