What challenges await:— Managing the process of creating ideas for marketing campaigns.— Generating ideas and developing concepts for creating new creative campaigns.— Organization of the creative process, brainstorms and team activities to find the most effective ideas.— Preparation of technical tasks for designers, content creators, coordination and control of their work.— Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising creatives and generation of ideas to improve their effectiveness based on the findings.— Use of tools business analytics to monitor competitors' creatives and provide insights. What is important to us: — Experience of 1.5 years in creative marketing. — Strong analytical skills: experience with data, numbers, metrics. — You have the mentality of an entrepreneur — you feel comfortable growing and scaling where nothing has existed before. — Upper-Intermediate+ English. — Skills in conducting research. In addition to businesses, we are developing the charity initiative "SKELAR Foundation" — an internal project from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
