Creative Marketing Manager in SKELAR

As soon as he "takes over" the dog world of America, we are sure that the expansion will go to other markets as well. We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Manager, who will focus on organizing the production of creative content and permanently improving its quality for launching advertising campaigns, will analyze the market and follow according to the trends in the advertising content of the domain, will explore the triggers and pain points of the target audience. We expect that you: — have many creative ideas and want to implement them; — want to work in a creative team; — want to check how the consumer audience reacts to your ideas;— You want to quickly see the result of your ideas, expressed in marketing metrics;— You like structure and process in your work. What we will do:— Constantly generate new ideas for creatives;— Analyze the market for the creative component;— Set tasks for the design team;— Analyze the results of creatives;— Generate and test marketing hypotheses using creatives;— Research CA through creative marketing. What you need to join us:— Willingness to develop and initiative;— Ability to present the results of your research in a structured manner;— Analytical skills;— Basic understanding of digital marketing;— Ability to use Spy Tools (for example: Big spy, Similarweb, others);— Excel/Google Sheets skills;— English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
