At Amo Publishing we are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who understands creative for advertising and will look for hypotheses/ideas and ways to implementation. In this position, you will be able to use all your creativity and imagination. You will also have analytical tools at your disposal that will help you understand why some creatives work better than others.
What you will achieve in this position:< /p>
You will come up with and implement creative hypotheses and ideas to improve the effectiveness of advertising;
You will understand what is behind each creative you implement (purpose, metrics);< /p>
You will look for new tools and approaches to improve the user engagement process;
You will be able to participate in various team activities (challenges, challenges, brainstorms).
For this you will need:
Experience in creating advertising creatives in Facebook Ads Manager;
Ability to analyze results advertising campaigns;
Experience in analyzing competitors' creatives;
B2+ level of English (Upper Intermediate and higher);
Ability to search for new ideas and formats for creatives .
