We are currently actively looking for an ambitious Creative Marketing Specialist to join the team. The mission of our future Creative Marketing Specialist is to develop strategies together with the Creative Producer for our 2 flagship products - My Fantasy and Blushed, as well as to control the full cycle of creative creation from idea generation to analysis of results. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting quality research of direct competitors and market trends. Your task is to identify key trends and opportunities for business growth and scaling.- Development of innovative and effective creative strategies to attract the target audience.- Interaction with User Acquisition teams and the product team to ensure effective coordination and execution of projects.- Conducting analysis of the effectiveness of existing creatives and finding ways to improve them to achieve better results.- Testing various creative concepts and formats to determine the most effective approaches.- Cooperation with the R&D team to develop new approaches and technologies in the field of creativity and marketing.
