Spirio is a new business of venture builder SKELAR, which is building an educational platform that offers courses, guides and practices based on Eastern philosophies to help people enjoy life and be happy .

What challenges await :
—Managing the process of generating ideas for marketing campaigns.
— Idea generation and concept development for new creative campaigns.
—Organizing the creative process, brainstorming and team activities to find the most effective ideas.
—Preparation of technical tasks for designers, content creators, coordination and control of their work.
—Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising creatives and generating ideas to improve their effectiveness based on the findings.
—Using business intelligence tools to monitor competitor creatives and provide insights.
What is important for us:
— Work experience of 1.5 years or more in creative marketing.
- Strong analytical skills: experience with data, numbers, metrics.
- You have the mentality of an entrepreneur - you are comfortable growing and scaling where nothing has been before.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English.
—Skills in conducting research.
