One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi million customer base.
We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.
We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

Position Overview:
Fintech Farm is seeking a talented and innovative Creative Marketing Manager to lead our creative marketing initiatives. You will lead a dynamic team of designers and marketers, fostering a collaborative environment to produce high-impact creative content for our performance activities! 🎨✨
Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and deliver ad creative concepts and reworks for company products aligned with specified KPIs. 🎯
— Provide comprehensive support and enhancement of the creative flow for User Acquisition Managers (UAMs).
— Manage the Creative Marketing team, including planning workflows, reporting performance, and motivating team members. 📊📈
— Establish and maintain efficient processes for creative marketing. 🔄
— Develop methodologies for testing ad materials and lead market analysis to spot trends and create strong creative concepts. 📈🔍
— Oversee the ideation and production of advertising content for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads. 📱💻
— Analyze competitors’ concepts and our own creative elements, user funnels, and test results to generate insights and optimize future campaigns. 📊🔍
— Coordinate procurement of assets from designers, agencies, and influencers. 🖼️🤝
— Conduct brainstorming sessions and team activities to foster effective idea generation. 💡🧠
— Write and approve briefs for designers and content creators. ✍️
— Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising creatives, providing actionable feedback. 📈📊
— Automate creative processes in collaboration with the development team. 🤖
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
— Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, with at least 1 year as a Creative Marketing Team Lead.
— Proven experience in managing teams. 👥
— Demonstrated ability in creating and implementing creative concepts and testing approaches. 🎨
— Basic knowledge of User Acquisition.
— Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 💪✨
— Proficiency in managing workloads and meeting deadlines. ⏰
— Ability to see the bigger picture and meet the KPIs of fintech products. 🌐
— Excellent communication and presentation skills. 🗣️📊
— Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher. 🇬🇧
— Experience in digital marketing and performance marketing is a plus.
— Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for generating and testing creative hypotheses. 🧠🔍
— Proficiency in market and competitor research and understanding key marketing metrics (CPI, CTA, CTR, ROI).
— Experience with advertising platforms like Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. 📱📊
— Familiarity with technical tasks for designers. 💻🎨
— Ability to manage high workloads and deadlines. 🏃♂️💼
— Motivated and proactive in suggesting and implementing improvements. 🚀
