Creative Marketing Manager in CLUST

CLUST is an ecosystem for growing IT products. We work in the format of a venture builder.

Our goal is to turn big ideas into a profitable international business with Ukrainian roots. Therefore, we have created a platform to support young entrepreneurs who have such ideas and need resources, experience and knowledge to implement them.

Within our ecosystem, founders can create IT products from scratch using proven methodologies, business networking, operational and legal support.

We also help working Ukrainian IT businesses to enter the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America and the USA.

In connection with the expansion of the team of one of the partner companies, we are looking for Creative Marketing Manager.

Future tasks:

— Generation and implementation of ideas for advertising creatives for advertising (Google, Facebook, TikTok).
—Closing the process of creating creatives in close cooperation with copywriters and designers.
—Analysis of creatives with further conclusions and implementation in the next iterations with improved results.
—Analysis of competitors and similar projects to be inspired by successful cases. Actively follow trends and implement them in the project.
- Prescribing stories for shooting UGC, cooperation with creators to implement content.

What is important to us:

- 2+ years of content and digital marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Google and GPT chat.
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager, GA4.
—Understanding the mechanics of Facebook and analytics tools, successful ad optimization.
—Synthesis of analytical and creative skills.
—Flexibility to changes and operational efficiency.
—Basic knowledge in Figma , Notion, Slack, Click-up.

It will be an advantage:

- Experience of working in the European market.
- Knowledge of English and/or Polish languages.
