Creative Marketing Manager in SKELAR

Doggy Plan —business venture SKELAR builder. We are building an app for dog owners that allows them to educate their pets and learn more about dog care and training. The app provides users with personalized daily lessons, covering all aspects of dog training, from basic commands to solving behavioral problems. Our strategic goal is to become a leader in the online dog training market.

We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who will focus on organizing the production of creative content and permanent improvement of its quality for the launch of advertising campaigns, will analyze the market and follow trends in advertising content in the domain area, will research the triggers and pain points of the target audience.

We expect you to:

— You have a lot of creative ideas and want to implement them;
— You want to work in a creative team;
— You want to check how the consumer reacts audience at your ideas;
— You want to quickly see the result of your ideas, expressed in marketing metrics;
— You like structure and process in your work.

What we will do:

— Constantly generate new ideas for creatives;
— Analyze the market regarding the creative component;
— Set tasks for the design team;
— Analyze the results of creatives;
— Generate and test marketing hypotheses using creatives;
— Explore CA through creative marketing.

What you need to join us:

— Willingness to develop and initiative;
— Ability to present the results of your research in a structured manner;
— Analytical skills;
— Basic understanding of digital marketing;
— Ability to use Spy Tools (for example: Big spy, Similarweb, others);
— Excel/Google Sheets skills;
— English at Upper-Intermediate level and above.
