• More than 20 million registered users;
• Over 11 million plants are controlled by our AI.

We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Lead, who will be responsible for the development and optimization of our creative solutions, monitor their effectiveness and ensure an effective workflow for creative specialists.

What will you do?

• Determine the creative strategy vector for the creative and design teams;
• Responsible for recruitment, development and team management;
• Form TK for creatives and provide the necessary video materials;
• Interact with the User Acquisition team to provide creatives for all advertising platforms;
• Conduct brainstorms, analyze the results and determine the frameworks of successful creatives;
• Look for new tools and approaches to improve the creative process and ensure the best results;
• Monitor and analyze the advertising market as well as competitor activity to identify new trends and opportunities to improve advertising for applications.

What do we expect from you?

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing/digital advertising;
• Experience in project management/mentoring;
• High level of analytic abilities and critical thinking;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
• Ability to work with task trackers (Jira/Trello/Notion);
• Understanding trends and trends in advertising performance;
• Structuredness and result orientation;
• Proactivity and leadership qualities.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience working with creatives for web or app products;
• Experience in team management;
• Basic skills of working with Figma.
