About the companyGamzixcompany, an international company:- was founded in March 2020;- have already successfully produced 60 games;- the team has grown to over 70 skilled professionals and we continue to grow;- two strategically located offices in Europe.Requirements:3+ yearsof proven experience as aGraphic Designer;Excellent command of professional tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Adobe After Effects;Experience in the development of ideas, concepts, creative layouts, and design of merchandising products (clothes, shoes, hats, printing, bags, badges, ribbons, phone cases, and much more);Experience in layout and pre-press preparation of graphic materials;Working with AI tools (HeyGen/ElevenLabs/ChatGPT, etc.);Generation of ideas and thinking creatively, knowing trends in design and marketing, has a vision (understanding of color, composition, and typography);Presentation of your ideas (in presentation format and orally);Ability to work with brand books and specific guides;Intermediate English level.Responsibilities:Development of static and dynamic Key visuals for Digital (banners on the website, for SMM, for publications in online media, for the request of the team;Development of ideas, concepts, creative layouts, and design of merchandising products (clothes, shoes, hats, printing, bags, badges, ribbons, phone cases, and much more);Creating templates for the visual design of internal communications for the HR department (templates for presentations, postcards, letters, mail signatures, documentation, etc.);Retouching and image correction (photographic material);Animation of creative materials (creation of animated banners for the site, and posts on social networks with the help of AI and ready-made templates in programs);Potential development and training in the direction of motion design;Participation in creative storms and generation of ideas for the manifestation of the company at international gaming exhibitions, as also stands creation there (it is not necessary to draw stands, just if you want to, but creating ideas and proposals is a must-have).Hiring process:- 1st interview - Recruiter;- 2nd interview - Recruiter/HRD and Head of Marketing;- 3rd interview - Test Task.What we offer:7 hours working day 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with lunch break);Two strategically located offices in Europe;Competitive salary in the IT field fixed in €;18 paid vacation leave and bank holidays;10 paid sick leave;Courses/training reimbursement;English course;Informal and friendly team;Corporate team building and activities.
