Who we need:
We are looking for a creative marketer who will take over the full cycle of YouTube channel development: from strategy and formats to filming, editing, analytics and adaptations to other social networks. A person who understands video as a marketing tool, knows trends and knows how to create content that works for the product and attracts the audience.
Your tasks will be:
Strategy and formats
Develop a holistic development strategy YouTube channel.
Define formats that should be on the channel: educational, expert, demo, interview, podcast, vlog.
Optimize and relaunch current formats, make them more interesting and more effective.
Market analytics
Analyze YouTube channels of competitors and related niches, determine their strengths/weaknesses.
Formulate recommendations for our positioning and content solutions.
Finish scripts from product teams — add creativity, structure, “hooks” and an interesting format.
Ensure consistency of style across all channels.
Publishing and optimization
Video publishing: descriptions, titles, tags, keywords, hashtags, sections, links, buttons.
Full optimization of content for YouTube SEO.
Analytics
Monitoring key indicators: CTR, retention, views, conversions, subscriptions, leads.
Analysis of leads in CRM (which videos bring customers, which content works better).
YouTube and Google Ads
Run YouTube Ads and Google Ads for video content.
Analysis of results, optimization, preparation of recommendations regarding budgets and formats.
What we expect from you
Experience with YouTube or video content (marketing / production / SMM).
Understanding YouTube algorithms, formats and SEO.
Basic shooting and editing skills.
Sense of style and creativity, understanding of visual storytelling.
Ability to work with scenarios, structure information.
Experience in data analysis and working with analytical tools.
The ability to provide quality TK to the designer and video editor.
Will be a plus:
Experience in a product IT company.
Understanding B2B/ SaaS communication.
