We turn pharmacies into a health space, where every visit is an experience, not just a purchase. Among our unique projects is the thematic pharmacy "Museum" in the center of Kharkiv: a combination of the history of pharmaceuticals, interactive elements and inspiring aesthetics.
We are looking for a creative marketer who will help create a new generation of image pharmacies - spaces that combine commerce, culture and education.
Main tasks:
1. Development of concepts and themes of pharmacies
- Generation of unique ideas (for example, "Pharmaceutical Museum", "Eco-pharmacy", "Futuristic pharmacy of the future").
- Analysis of the local context: city history, architecture, demography, cultural features.
2. Design and opening
- Coordination of work with designers, architects, suppliers.
- Formation of moodboards, showcases, interior solutions and thematic areas.
- Preparation for openings (events, PR, visual design).
3. Service and customer experience
- Creation of service standards for image pharmacies (for example, “pharmacist-guide” as a consultant-tour guide).
- Preparation of scenarios for staff, trainings, role-playing games for children, etc.
4. Events and campaigns
- Organization of thematic days and local activities ("Alchemist's Day", "Healthy Kharkiv").
- Integration of digital elements: AR filters, live broadcasts, SMM campaigns.
5. PR and marketing
design, cultural studies or a related field.
2+ years of experience in creative marketing, event management or branding (retail / HoReCa / cultural projects).Portfolio with cases of creative ideas or events.Creativity, visual thinking, storytelling skills.Knowledge of tools: Canva, Figma, Trello/Asana, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.Understanding the farm market and advertising regulations is welcome.Readiness for business trips (Kharkiv + other cities).We offer
