We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Advertising Creative Manager to help us optimize our product and conversion process. The primary goal of this role is to create and promote creative solutions for our mobile application on the international market. Our niche and business are growing very fast, and there is a tremendous opportunity for growth with the company.
Must be ok working later hours at least until 2:00 PM NYC (Kyiv Time 14:00 — 22:00)

We are looking for full time positions, and part-time that would be willing to transition to full time within 6-9 months.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with our leadership team to promote our revolutionary app.
- Work with our design team to create marketing creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more.
- Utilize analytics and attribution reporting to monitor the performance of marketing images and videos.
- Conduct competitive analysis and generate ideas for ad videos and images.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and YouTube.
- Engage with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Understand and effectively communicate the Ultiself business model.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the creative and healthy field (advertising agency, copywriting, SMM).
- Solid understanding of Facebook, Google, and YouTube advertising.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- High level of organizational skills; mastery of Dropbox and Google apps.
- Strong research skills and the ability to clearly present findings.
- Creative thinking with a focus on metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Structured approach to creative tasks.
- Ability to prioritize work.
Preferred Competencies:
- Ability to work with influencers.
- Experience working in the health and wellness space, particularly with mobile apps.
- Understanding of Clickfunnels.
- CRM management and campaign creation using tools like Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, etc.
- Understanding of A/B marketing tests.
- Multilingual abilities (preferred languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish).
Stages of the interview:
- Interview with a recruiter or HR (30 minutes)
- Meeting with Media Buyer (45 minutes)
- Interview with СEO (15 minutes)
