Creative Manager in INFOKUS, TOV

Hello! This is an agency of everyday marketing re:re bureau, part infocus group of companies.

We integrate into the everyday work of our partners and complete turnkey marketing tasks of any complexity. We work in the fields of event marketing, trade marketing and creative services in the markets of Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia. and create creative solutions together with our team of professionals.

What to do:

• generate ideas for different types of advertising, events, new products, etc.;
• develop concepts independently and present to the team and customers;
• interact with the creative team, copywriters, designers and account managers for the best result.

You are our super candidate if:

• you have at least 2 years of experience working in a marketing, creative team;
• you have experience in creating creative concepts from scratch (for promos, events, merch, etc.);
• you have a portfolio with international and Ukrainian brands;
• you think both strategically and tactically: from finding creative solutions to the mechanics of their implementation of ideas;
• you speak English at the B2 level (you can present your ideas to the customer, communicate in writing);
• you are located locally in Kyiv, ready to work in a hybrid format (office/remote).

Desired skills:

• work with presentations: confident mastery of PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides - to create clear, structured and visually attractive presentations;
• work with AI tools (for example, ChatGPT): ability to formulate clear requests (prompts), search for ideas, improve texts, automate part of the tasks;
• Figma: basic understanding of the interface - for viewing layouts, commenting and collaborating with designers;
• Asana or other task managers: for planning tasks, working in a team and tracking progress;
