Our partner is the Makeup company, one of the largest Internet groups in Ukraine and Europe. Makeup currently operates successfully in 40 countries and continues to actively expand its global presence. The company's sites are visited by more than 300 million users per year, with more than 2,000 employees.

The company is looking for a Creative Lead who will create ideas and advertising materials for a first-class international project.

Responsibilities:

• Create various materials for the brand - from videos to packaging;
• Manage the SMM team;
• Provide creative content interesting for the target audience in social networks.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a creative director in creative and/or SMM agencies;
• Experience in generating ideas, writing texts, scripts for various advertising manifestations of the brand. Including the experience of creating interesting content for social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, other networks will be an additional plus);
• The ability to organize the process of creating the necessary advertising materials, the presence of experience in managing a team and the ability to find contractors necessary for the implementation of ideas;
• Proactivity, the desire to do better, more, louder every time, tracking trends in media development;
• Keep your hand on the pulse of beauty trends;
• Fluent and competent command of Ukrainian, English at the Intermediate level and above;
• Respect for deadlines, ability to work in a team and organize it;
• Availability of stable Internet, permanent connection.
