Creative director in POS Media Ukraine

POS MEDIA Group is the leader of the European market of in-store communications, an expert in the field of effective influence on the behavior of customers at points of sale. We specialize in creating and implementing advertising solutions for products and services.

We are looking for a talented and passionate creative director to create unique advertising media and campaigns. You will be responsible for leading the creative team, managing creative projects, ensuring the development of effective campaigns and maintaining branding consistency across all media. This is the role of a leader.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education.
• Knowledge in the field of creating design projects, advertising campaigns.
• Skills in art direction and graphic design, creative strategy and branding.
• Experience in managing and leading a creative team.
• Ability to generate and implement ideas.
• Experience in launching a new product, service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to present information
• Knowledge and use of current trends and advertising.
• Determination and ability to work for results.
• Experience in FMCG, advertising or marketing industry is an advantage.
• PC skills - confident user (Microsoft Word , Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, programs for working with the design of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
• Languages: English - written and spoken (no lower than Intermediate).




Responsibilities:

• Formation of new products
• Preparation of project descriptions, presentations and concepts for clients
• Supervision of the project development process
• Generation of ideas and design development for clients in various fields
• Controlling the work of designers (setting tasks and monitoring their implementation)
• Analysis of the market, trends
• Development and control of the implementation of creative strategies for current and potential customers
• Formation and responsibility for the creative department
