We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our creative team, generate breakthrough ideas and inspire others to create outstanding advertising campaigns. If you can turn ordinary briefs into memorable stories, and your ideas make clients say "Wow!" — we are waiting for you!

What you will do:

• Generate impressive ideas:
  • Create unique concepts for advertising campaigns
  • Develop creative solutions for various communication channels

• Keep your finger on the pulse:
  • Monitor current trends in the advertising industry
  • Analyze the competitive environment
  • Implement innovative approaches in work

Now about you:

• Your background:
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position in the creative field
  • Portfolio full of projects that not only you, but also clients are proud of
  • Practical experience working with various formats: digital, social networks, paid media, mobile platforms, offline and printing
    
    
• Your skills:
  • Marketing does not live in textbooks, but in your DNA
  • Creative thinking that breaks patterns
  • Expert knowledge of all major communication channels
  • Mastery of content marketing strategies
  • English - B1+ ( and it's not about "London is the capital of Great Britain")
    
    
• How do you communicate:
  • You sell ideas in such a way that they are bought even before the presentation
  • You speak to customers in their language, even if it is emojis
