Our creative agency is looking for a talented creative director to develop ideas and concepts for our clients - psychotherapists, psychologists and hypnotherapists. You will be responsible for generating ideas for Reels, viral videos, animated videos for targeted advertising, as well as content in general, including articles and other creative processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing creative concepts and ideas for content.
• Writing scripts for Reels, viral videos and animations video.
• Creation of texts for advertising campaigns, articles and posts in social networks.
• Management of the creative process from idea to implementation.
• Coordination of work with copywriters, designers and video editors.
• Generation of unique features and stories to increase audience engagement.
• Market research and analysis to generate new ideas.
• Generation of ideas for different video lengths, including videos for YouTube and Instagram.

Job specifics:

• Creating ideas for Reels and long videos on YouTube or Instagram, making them simple and engaging.
• Using humor to increase audience engagement.
• Developing creative ways to deliver heavy and serious topics in a light and relaxed style to make them interesting and fun for the audience.

#### Requirements:

• Experience as a creative director or similar position.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate original ideas.
• Excellent writing skills and editing texts.
• Ability to work in a team and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
