Genesis is one of the largest IT companies in Ukraine with more than 2000 people in 5 countries, who create products for 200 million unique users monthly.We are one of the largest partners of Facebook, Google, Snapchat, and Apple in Eastern Europe and constantly recognized as top IT employees in CEE and Ukraine.We are currently assembling a new team and actively seeking a skilled Creative Designer to join Genesis Growth team.About YouExperience working as a designer using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.Knowledge of the basic principles of design, composition, and color theory.A portfolio of creatives from previous projects (static, motion).English proficiency at B1 level or higher.Creativity and the ability to generate ideas.Willingness to lead a creative team to achieve business goals within deadlines.Strong communication skills.Would Be a PlusExperience with Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, and Caption.Experience with AI tools (static, video, voice generation) and prompt engineering.What You Will DoExplore fresh ideas and approaches used by our direct and indirect competitors, and evaluate their impact on the audience.Generate visual (static, motion) concepts and approaches that convey the product's value to new and existing users, encouraging them to try it.
