Experience working as a creative in Affiliate Marketing. Experience in creating advertising creatives (static and dynamic) for Meta, TikTok platforms. Deep understanding of basic design principles: composition, typography, color, etc. Thorough knowledge of basic technical requirements for advertising creatives for various platforms. Knowledge of the main points of the policy regarding advertising creatives (Meta, TikTok platforms). Ability to analyze the market, fix the key pain points of the audience, make accents with the help of visual solutions. Knowledge of trends and current work practices for advertising creatives (Meta\TikTok platforms). Knowledge of basic metrics of advertising analytics in social networks. Understanding the principles of applying design solutions that increase creative CTR and influence conversions. It will be a plus: Experience in creating creatives for the native to search direction. Searching for new trends on advertising platforms. Analysis of competitors, audience and current trends using services (Meta/TikTok Ads Library , spy tools) and other methods (feedback on Reddit, TikTok comments, etc.). Systematic search\development of new concepts (visual/textual component) for advertising creatives. Search for new practices to optimize work. Analysis of creatives according to key metrics. Communication with the team ( participation in internal and external meetings). Adherence to standards of internal interaction and exchange of projects.
