You will work with other designers, content writers, sales and marketing people and inspire them bysharing ideas and developing practical solutions togenerate multiple concepts supporting all forms ofdigital output. Above all, you will inspire and lead byexample bymaking the most ofevery opportunity todevelop breakthrough creative consistent with the Bizzabo brand and beable totake and provide clear direction and creative feedback that pushes work forward.AsaCreative Designer, you’ll bepart ofasmall team ofpassionate, creative specialists who partner with internal teams, external partners, and collaborators tosolve their business problems innew ways.You’ll work atthe intersection ofconceptual creativity, design, and technology inyour role. Your role will betosupport the Marketing, Sales, andCS teams onprojects with your design skills, creative thinking, and ability tohelp shape how our projects gotomarket. Our job istodemonstrate how Bizzabo’s products create meaningful and memorable events.What you’ll bedoing:Design, craft, and animate various creative projects working with the team— promoting the Bizzabo brand, its services and productsDrive complex and technical creative projects with multiple stakeholders agilely from inception tocompletion.Work collaboratively with different teams toconceptually ideate, working with other specialists toexplore the creation offeatures and products. Stay abreast ofdeveloping technologies and understanding their creative potential.Who you are:Bachelor’s degree orequivalent working experience inthe technology, design, design thinking, multimedia, and artistic fields.Proficiency indesign and UX/UI tools (Figma/Sketch and the Adobe Suite oftools, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign) Experience inworking with marketing teams and designing for marketing Must include your portfolio inthe applicationBonus:3+years ofexperience inthe creative industry (UX, UI, the arts, creative agencies, start-ups, gaming, etc).Design thinking methodology.Motion Graphics/Animation (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, orsimilar software)Illustration skills
