— Minimum 2 years of experience as Creative Copywriter/SMM manager
— Familiarity with Tone of Voice principles and their application
— A talent for crafting impactful texts
— Ability to create engaging and well-structured longread content
— Experience with design platforms such as Figma and Canva
— Understanding of the IT industry
— Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to improve communications
— Stay up to date with trends and be inspired by best practices
— Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian, English

As a plus:

— Background in Employer Branding&Communications
— Experience with implementing innovative solutions to improve corporate communications

— Responsible for the whole internal communications in the company
— Communicating company values through various formats
— Collaborating with designers to create visuals for internal and external communications
— Managing corporate communication channels in our tone of voice — from birthday greetings to news digests
— Analyzing existing communication channels and implementing new ideas for improvements
— Updating and structuring information on our corporate platform
— Managing external social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and keeping our external website up to date.
