We are currently looking for Creative Copywriter at our portfolio company TENTENS Tech. p>

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always race far beyond the horizon.

What challenges await:
— Creation of original email content for different user segments, which will boost OR, CTR and CTOR mail metrics;< br/>— Systematic collaboration with Retention Marketer, designer and other team members to generate ideas for testing content/creatives and improving the strategy of communication with the audience;
— Analyzing the effectiveness of creatives and email topics based on data and metrics, their further adaptation to based on the results obtained;
— Ensuring the consistency and quality of communications with the audience in various channels of returning users (email, web-push, SMS);
— Research in various directions (industry trends and novelties, competitors, etc.).

What is important to us:
Must have:
— Experience as a copywriter for 2 years or more;
— Competent English (ideally - confirmed C1) for generation of email text content, as well as professional command of Ukrainian for writing texts for internal communications;
— Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to content, find non-standard solutions for attracting and retaining users;
— Ability to effectively manage time and work on several projects at the same time;
— Understanding of modern content marketing and industry trends;
— Ability to research, analyze, structure and transfer information, usepromoting different content formats.

Nice to have:
— Previous experience writing texts for emails.
