About us
Impact Waves Agency is a team that floods traffic around the world. We run advertising campaigns through TikTok and Meta, testing dozens of links every day. We need a designer who doesn't just draw beautifully, but creates creatives that bring in $$$. What will you do:
400; text-decoration: none">Adaptation of creatives for different geos;Working with TK from media buyers and creative leader;
Searching for ideas + using references from spy services;
Participation in brainstorms about new formats.
What is important to us:" hook, pain, solution, CTA;
Experience creating banners/videos for TikTok Ads or Meta (required for at least one of the platforms);
Ability to work quickly and at the pace of tests (3-5 options per day is the minimum);
Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, After Effects orCapCut / analogues;
Preferably a portfolio of working creatives (even without branding);
Would be a plus:
- Experience in arbitration teams;" creative.
