Creative Compliance Manager (content, ads & product) in Genesis

Hello! Our Compliance unit is looking for a new team member. We need a person who will help implement the rules and policies of key partners (Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, etc.) in the activities of companies in the Genesis ecosystem. When you join today, you will regularly review marketing materials and mobile application content, monitor market trends and update partner policies, and help the teams ecosystem to apply the rules of its activity. In addition, you will regularly communicate with representatives of our key partners to resolve work issues (from approval of advertisements to strategic issues of rule changes and policies in a certain business niche). You are our man if: you are motivated by the result of your own work, and a two-hour break from ping pong you are willing to influence the processes and respond to the results, to be a cog in the system; you are ready to find a solution to the problem yourself, not to wait for it from "senior colleagues"; you can independently figure out the unknown thanks to your own research and Google search results. Tasks: to communicate in writing with representatives of the company's partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple, etc.) regarding policy compliance issues; regularly review and approve marketing materials, media content, and mobile app content for compliance with Genesis partner policies; conduct checkpoints with business teams regarding policy compliance issues with major partners; monitor market trends and updates of partner policies and timely report them to Genesis ecosystem teams; help teams to correctly understand and implement partner standards and rules; create presentations, as well as conduct compliance training and master classes for company employees; draft internal policies and regulations; assist with other ongoing work related to the collaboration of Genesis teams with the largest technology companies in the world. Expectations: initiative and creativity; fluency in spoken and written English; strong research and analytical skills; the desire to independently control projects, the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and achieve results; responsibility and attention to detail; good presentation skills; experience in the field of contract law will be an advantage.
