Reporting to a Team Lead you will lead day-to-day work helping to manage expectations and deliver projects against timelines. We're looking for someone who is proactive, and who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results; someone who can build lasting relationships at all levels both internally and externally. This role will report to a Team Lead.Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30PMResponsibilitiesBuild strong relations with clientsDaily project management of incoming briefs and assignmentsTraffic management of incoming flow among departments and specialistsEnsure that projects are finished and delivered on timeManage creative production team (video, print and digital)Organize document flow and financial control (Cost estimates, PO's, invoices, etc.)Management of 3rd Parties involvement (i.e. sound studios, directors, photographers, other freelancers)Ensure quality level of the final product adhere to Locaria and industry standardsEnsure that projects are finished and delivered on timeRequired SkillsIdeal candidate should have minimum 2 years of project management/account management/producer experience preferably in the Communication industry/Post Production CompaniesFluent English: spoken and writtenFluent Ukrainian: spoken and writtenStrong organizational skills and ability to work under pressureStrong communication skillsKnowledge of MS Office or Google Spreadsheets/ Presentations/ DocsEqual OpportunitiesShare our valuesWe take content furtherWe grow togetherCelebrating IndividualityDoing good along the wayWith careD&I statementLocaria is global by nature and vastlystrengthened by multicultural, international and eclectic teams.
