Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree. Previous advanced clerical, administrative or professional experience in personnel or human resources (HR) operations may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis up to two (2) years. Preference: One year of advanced clerical, administrative or professional experience in personnel or human resources (HR) operations is preferred.Recruitment NotesThe Courts HR Administrative Assistant serves as the primary administrative assistant and paraprofessional for the Human Resources Office of the Clerk of the Courts and Comptroller (COCC). The employee in this class is responsible for performing advanced technical and diversified administrative tasks in assisting COCC HR Management in carrying out required responsibilities and related HR operations and HR administration activities, while also serving in a specialized staff capacity to the Courts HR Manager.
