F strong>functional responsibilities:
- participation in the development of the company's strategy and direct responsibility for the development and implementation strategies in Ukraine;
- planning and implementation of the budget (P&L) of Ukraine;
- providing market and competitor analysis, finding new partners and opportunities for the company's business development;
- participation in the development and implementation of new company products and services.
- team management in Ukraine (sales, marketing, production, administrative staff)
- staff development and staff motivation, work with burnout.< /li>
- responsibility for profits and losses within the scope of competence and management of optimal allocation of resources;
- sales planning, development of commercial strategy, pricing, discount policy and approach to participation in tenders;
- li> control of the achievement of the planned indicators of the work of the departments in the current regime (with quarterly reporting).
- systematic control of the quality of service performance, corrective actions;
- resource provision of divisions and the efficiency of their use;

- implementation and control of the implementation of SOPs and company policies;
- identification and assessment of risks, planning of budgets and resources taking them into account.

Requirements:
- education: higher profile (the advantage will be: marketing, economic, medical pharmacological, sociological, MBA);
- 5 years of experience in marketing (experience in pharmaceutical business will be an advantage);
- 5 years of personnel/project management experience (experience of managing cross- functional teams — an additional plus);
- skills in strategic planning, P&L management, business/product portfolio development and risk management proven by successful cases;
- leadership and employee development, building motivated teams, creating and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere in the team;
- successful experience in sales and/or marketing, proven by numbers (fulfillment of sales plans, growth of market share, successful launches, etc.);
