Country Director (Tools) in HR Agency Key People

HR Agency Key People is a leading HR consulting and recruitment company. We specialize in finding managers and professionals in various fields of business.

Our client is an international company, a world leader in the production of tools and systems for professional processing of wood, wood materials and modern composites. In Ukraine, the company is represented by its own subsidiary structure and provides clients with high-tech solutions and services.

We are currently looking for a General Director.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a business development strategy in Ukraine as part of a global strategy;

• Management of financial results (full P&L responsibility);

• Market development, attraction of new customers and segments;

• Leadership over the Ukrainian team (sales, service, logistics, finance & admin);

• Ensuring operational efficiency, reporting and cooperation with the global office;

• Representing the company in Ukraine and supporting partnerships with key by clients.

Candidate requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a B2B environment (priority: industrial production, tools, equipment);

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial roles (Country Manager, Commercial Director, Sales Director, etc.) with proven results in business development;

• Strong strategic and financial skills, management experience teams;

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (German will be an advantage).
