Your mission is to lead, innovate, and drive all aspects of Human Resources to align with our company's goals and values. You will be a key partner to business leaders, providing strategic insights and operational excellence to foster a thriving and inclusive work environment.How you’ll spend your daStrategic HR Leadership: Align HR strategy with organizational goals; partner with leadership on workforce challenges, change management, and growth; provide data-driven insights on workforce planning, engagement, and talent developmentTalent Acquisition and Management: Attract, hire, and retain top talent; oversee succession planning and DEI-focused hiring; drive career development initiativesPerformance and Development: Support performance management and a high-performance culture; implement learning programs; promote feedback and individual growthCompensation and Benefits: Conduct annual compensation reviews; provide market analytics; ensure competitive rewards aligned with trendsEmployee Relations and Engagement: Advise on employee relations; enhance satisfaction and retention; support an inclusive, ethical workplaceCompliance and Risk Management: Ensure legal and policy compliance; lead workplace safety and ethics initiativesHR Operations: Streamline HR processes and analytics; oversee headcount reporting, reviews, and team developmentMental Health and Wellbeing: Support relocation, retreats, EAPs, and burnout prevention programsTeam Development: Lead with empathy; provide feedback, goal-setting, and wellbeing activities; foster a strong, supportive team cultureCommunications & Facilities Support: Align team priorities with business needs and provide strategic guidanceYour experience and qualificationsEducationMaster’s degree in Human Resources or a related fieldRelevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are a plusExperience5+ years of progressive HRD leadership experience in international companies or complex environmentDeep understanding of pharma industry, understanding the market trends and challengesProven managerial experience of diverse teamsProven track record of developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectivesProven experience in managing organization changesKnowledge, Skills and CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislationExcellent strategic thinkingGreat communication, public speaking, and presentation skills paired with the ability to effectively build lasting relationships; demonstrate strong interpersonal and influencing (leadership) skills throughout all levels of the organizationResults oriented, highly motivated self-starter with a hands-on approach and a strong “can-do” attitude, highest standards of personal ethics and integrityyStrong personality, self-confident and bold in expressing your opinion in a tactful mannerStrong project management, risk assessment and change management skillAbility to prioritize dynamic workloadStrong attention to detailsFluent English and UkrainianWork EnvironmentThis role is based in Kyiv (Ukraine) and may require occasional travel to different regions or headquarters.
