Counsel (legal) in Kapowai

Responsibilities: - Contract work (license agreements, on the provision of software development and technical support services, delivery, etc.) - Work with contracts with FOPs - Drafting of other legal documents (orders, protocols, letters, requests, responses) and their analysis - Legal support for the registration of contracts related to the author's right to software - Analysis of business legal risks, taking practical measures to minimize them, support of current business activities; - Preparation of legal opinions, consulting on issues of intellectual property law, contract law, taxation, regulation of the IT sphere; - Monitoring of the legislation of Ukraine in various spheres of law. Requirements: - Higher legal education; - Experience of working as an in-house lawyer from 2 years - Knowledge in the field of intellectual property law - Experience in the IT sphere will be an advantage - Experience in the Ukrainian company with the management of foreign exchange will be an advantage.
