Counsel in Kapowai

Responsibilities:

- Contract work (license agreements, on the provision of software development and technical support services, delivery, etc. )

- Analysis of legal business risks, taking practical measures to minimize them, support of current business activities;

- Preparation of legal opinions, consulting with issues of intellectual property law, contract law, taxation, regulation of the IT sphere;

- Monitoring of Ukrainian legislation in various areas of law.

Requirements:

- Higher legal education;

- Work experience as an in-house lawyer from 2 years

- Knowledge in the field of intellectual property law

- Work experience in the IT field will be an advantage

- Work experience in a Ukrainian company with the management of foreign exchange will be an advantage
