Ajax Systems has full-cycle production: from idea generation and prototyping to mass production and sales worldwide. Each department covers a certain operational need of the business in full. The company's specialists are involved at all stages: from the production line in Ukraine to the logistics center in Poland, from where the products are sent to distributors around the world.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Power Query, Power BI (at least at the initial level).
- Understanding the principles of long-term production planning.
- Experience. works on the management of wastes of state enterprises. Preparation of information (phase in / phase out) in accordance with the plan of circulation of nomenclature.
- Ability to work with large data sets, analyze information and prepare reports.
- Knowledge and skills of working with 1C and ERP systems (SAP IBP, SAP PP).
Tasks:
- Calculating the need for production materials in terms of production locations and filling channels.
- Analysis of material stocks (turnover, materials without movement, etc.).
- Determination and updating of minimum material stocks in terms of assortment and volume.
- Formation of demand for materials outside of production specifications.
- Analysis of the feasibility / possibility of changing production plans taking into account material stocks.
- Participation in transition / activation projects materials.
- Participation in the development of planning tools.
- Support of existing reports in Power BI.
