Cost optimization manager in Ajax Systems

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Power Query, Power BI (at least at the initial level).
• Understanding the principles of long-term production planning.
• Experience. works on the management of wastes of state enterprises. Preparation of information (phase in / phase out) in accordance with the plan of circulation of nomenclature.
• Ability to work with large data sets, analyze information and prepare reports.
• Knowledge and skills of working with 1C and ERP systems (SAP IBP, SAP PP).

Tasks:

• Calculating the need for production materials in terms of production locations and filling channels.
• Analysis of material stocks (turnover, materials without movement, etc.).
• Determination and updating of minimum material stocks in terms of assortment and volume.
• Formation of demand for materials outside of production specifications.
• Analysis of the feasibility / possibility of changing production plans taking into account material stocks.
• Participation in transition / activation projects materials.
• Participation in the development of planning tools.
• Support of existing reports in Power BI.
