Cost analyst in YuGFUD, TOV

The company YUGFOOD "TM Valesto" is an expert in the world of frozen solutions: we make bakery products and semi-finished products, which we call a dish in the dough. 

Key functional responsibilities

1. Control and analysis of the actual cost price

• Analysis of the correctness of the formation of the actual cost price in the accounting system in accordance with the agreed methodology (Product cost formation policy).
• Control of the application of cost allocation rules.
• Identification of methodological and technical errors in the display expenses.
• Preparation of analytical conclusions and recommendations.

2. Participation in updating the methodology

• Participation in updating the accounting policy in the part of cost management accounting.
• Reviewing and updating the drivers of cost distribution.
• Documenting changes in the methodology and monitoring their implementation.

3. Planned (budget) cost

• Development of templates and support of planned cost calculations.
• Preparation of calculations for pricing.
• Modeling the effect of changes in key factors on cost.

4. Факторний аналіз відхилень

• Аналіз відхилень фактичної собівартості від планової.
• Факторний аналіз (обсяг, ціна, ефективність, структура тощо).
• Підготовка регулярної аналітичної звітності для менеджменту.

5. Analysis of capital investments (CAPEX)

• Analysis of the economic feasibility of investments (impact on costs, production efficiency).
• Estimation of the impact of CAPEX on the cost price.
• Analysis of the level of loading of production lines and the impact on the return on investment.

6. Cross-functional interaction

• Close interaction with production and accounting on the correctness of cost display.
• Cooperation with production on standards, technological parameters and cost drivers.
• Participation in working meetings on process changes that affect on the cost price.

Requirements for the candidate

Professional requirements:

• Higher education (finance, production economics).
• Work experience in controlling / management accounting / production analytics from 2 years.
• Understanding the principles of cost formation in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in budgeting and factor analysis.
• Practical experience in working with accounting systems (1C:ERP) style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">
• Systematic and analytical thinking.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to work with a large amount of data.
• Ability to argue a methodological position.
• Communication and cross-functional interaction skills.
