Cosmetology administrator in SkinTuning

Responsibilities

• Consultation of clients on clinic services and products in person, by phone, in messengers
• Registration of clients for procedures

• Calculation in the software register of cash operations
• Ordering consumables and cosmetics
• Accounting cosmetics and consumables
• Keeping documentation
• Helping the client with placing an order on the website and in messengers
• Timely processing and dispatch of orders
• Working with the admin panel of the OpenCart website
• Performing administrative tasks of management.< /li>

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in Ukrainian
• Writing literacy
• Ability use basic PC programs (office packages, browser, messengers, Instagram, Google Drive)
• Ability to work in multitasking mode with correct prioritization
• Willingness to study the amount of information necessary for work

• Experience as a clinic (salon) administrator is desirable.
