PRAVEX BANK JSC announces a competition to fill the vacant position Corporate Underwriting Manager.

Requirements:

• English: Advanced (oral and written).
• Higher economic or financial education.
• Experience in a relevant or related position in corporate business/risk management/prudential banking supervision units /auditing, consulting or corporate finance "Vig 4" for at least 3 years.
• Mastering credit analysis methods, including financial modeling and industry analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to integrate information from from different sources, objectivity, critical view, stress resistance, negotiation skills, effective time management.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial analysis, forecasts as part of a loan application (for corporate clients).
• Contribute to obtaining and structuring loans together with account managers work with clients.
• Conduct risk assessment of clients, provide mitigation measures, issue recommendations on credit limits and funding structure for decision-making bodies.
• Calculate financial classes according to the methodology NBU.
• Propose changes to the credit policy, procedure, process and other internal provisions related to lending.
